Srixon
ZXi5 (4-P) Steel Irons
Features-
MAINFRAME
MainFrame is a variable thickness pattern of grooves, channels, and cavities carefully milled into the backside of the Iron face that maximizes flex at impact for higher ball speeds. For this generation of MainFrame, we’ve saved additional weight and added MOl by expanding the milled toe channel, resulting in a slightly lighter clubhead with a deeper center of gravity. This third-generation design further amplifies ball speed and adds the just right amount of forgiveness.
TOUR V.T. SOLE
Srixon’s Tour V.T. Sole takes turf interaction to a whole new level of detail with a proprietary combination of sole widths, bounce angles, and notches. This technology encourages a smooth glide through fairway, rough, and sand without losing speed, even if you enter the turf slightly behind the ball.
PROGRESSIVE GROOVES
The 3i-7i feature wide grooves, ideal for longer shots in all conditions. The 8i-AW have deeper, closer-set grooves which cut through grass and debris to enhance spin on approach shots. Laser milling between each groove, on every loft, enhances friction in all conditions. This approach creates remarkable congruency across the Iron set as spin, distance, and launch window remain as consistent as possible.
PLAYERS DISTANCE SHAPES
A slightly wider sole with moderate blade length and offset help ZXi5 cavity back Irons give attuned golfers enhanced distance, forgiveness, and workability, all with an ultra-clean look at address. Every ZXi Iron features the same topline thickness, creating an identical look at address for seamless blending of models.
